This is just an abbreviated list of projects completed, without company information due to confidentiality agreements. Startup and running of major Ultrapure Water recycling system in Monterrey, Mexico. This was a novel technology using a combination of treatment modules to achieve complete purification for re-use. Designed, helped construct, and started up, a complete plant waste water treatment system for a large semiconductor fab in the northeastern US for CMP wastes. This was a major installation in size and cost. Designed, helped construct, and started up, a complete plant waste water treatment system a large semiconductor fab in the US. This system incorporated disposal of CMP wastes; all plant fluoride wastes; and all ammonia wastes. Designed and started, a CMP waste treatment and water recycle system at a semiconductor fab in Korea. Designed the water treatment and recycle process for a major semiconductor fab in Singapore. Did all of the plant evaluation, on- and off-site testing, and planning. Served as project manager for startup and final implementation. Worked as expert consultant in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and the US. Developed and patented a CMP slurry recovery and reuse system. Also patented systems for recovery and reuse of CMP waste waters. Worked on development of processes and equipment for recycle of sulfuric acid, IPA, hydrofluoric acid, and other chemicals for the semiconductor industry. Performed fire and plant closure oversight and permitting/reports generation. |
